SBA 504 Loans
The Lakewood Group can secure financing for up to 90% of the total cost of any given project. The funds can be used to purchase and refinance commercial real estate and equipment. Applicant should occupy at least 51% of the property and the required down payment can be as low as 10%. SBA 504 loans are available to most small businesses throughout the US.
SBA 7A Loans
The Lakewood Group can secure financing for up to 90% of the total cost of any given project. The funds can be used to renovate and expand an existing business, to purchase and build a new facility, and to refinance commercial real estate and equipment. Applicant should occupy at least 51% of the property and the required down payment can be as low as 10%. SBA 7A loans are available to most small businesses throughout the US.
SBA Microloans
Loans up to $250,000 start at prime plus 3%. The funds are available for working capital, equipment, inventory, and other business musts. SBA microloans are available to most small businesses.
