Plan, develop, and conduct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company. Plan and monitor the development and communication of information designed to keep the public informed of the company’s real esatate investment and development services. Conduct policies and establish and implement strategic public relations programs to increase company visibility, client base and profits. Write press releases and materials, develop and handle relationships with major media outlets and coordinate dissemination of multi-media information regarding company developments. Write, review, and authorize content for advertising in all media, including websites, newspapers, television, and radio in the most effective manner to strengthen the visibility, reputation, and recognition of the company to increase the number of companies and individuals who would be involved in its real estate financing and sales projects. Review, write, and authorize content for marketing materials disseminated in all social media and more traditional formats, such as brochures, ensuring that all content is accurate and delivers messages that are consistent with the company’s overall corporate goals. Develop client relationships with potential clients to advise them of new offerings and of any pertinent news regarding the company, and providing general and specific company information to potential and existing clients.

 

Applicant must have Masters degree in Communication Arts. Knowledge in media research and software tools and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Photoshop required. Must have excellent communication and verbal/writing skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

40 hours per week, M-F 9:00am-5:00pm. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
